Still Enough, Regardless of Feelings – Coaching Business Journey

I love looking at the clouds a lot.

Especially when the day is breaking, or the sun is setting. Sometimes when it’s more golden than blue.

I wonder what it would feel like to be able to touch them?

I recently found out that other coaches (in fact a lot of them) feel imposter syndrome too.

As a software developer, that was pretty normal. However, when I became a coach and I still felt it, it made me think I wasn’t worthy of being a coach.

Like all coaches are 100% healed, poised, and don’t feel these things because they’ve cracked the code.

I’m grateful for the power of community. The more I spent time with fellow coaches, the more I realized that, heyyy I’m not alone.

Others feel the same way too, and it doesn’t stop them from showing up to help their clients.

I’m working on shifting my perspective of imposter syndrome from something that makes us feel inadequate, to the force that makes it easier to keep working on being better.

Also saw a Scripture that I find really helpful. About my competence being from God, and I’ve found His word to be truer than my feelings.

So far, the results I’ve accumulated over 10 years, and the ones I started getting recently are not a figment of my imagination. They’re more tangible than my feelings, and it’d also be useful to focus more on those.

It’s also worth mentioning that there are people out there who need the kind of help that only we can provide.

And it would be generous to show up for them, even when we feel like we have a lot more to learn.
