It feels so good to completely let go of the sales pressure.
I’m thinking differently about my business, and it’s unlocking new ideas that didn’t come to my mind initially.
A lot of things make more sense now, and I’m happy the question is no longer “What to do?”, but “How to make this better?”
..
I recently started working on a writing project and it brought back childhood memories I didn’t know I had.
Turns out I’ve built successful businesses before age 10, and I started marketing 6 years (if not more) earlier than I remembered.
I also realized I’ve internalized others’ biases and failures for so long. And a part of me was still showing up like a scared, newbie freelancer who was at the mercy of third-party services.
I’m grateful to the Lord for awareness and growth.
It’s scary and fascinating how some limiting beliefs can become so familiar. Almost to the point where we accept them as reality.
I can’t wait to learn more about how the mind works.
I think it’s really amazing that a lot of people are fascinated by attempts to replicate human intelligence, but aren’t curious to know how capable their own minds actually are.
..
Speaking of the mind, I caught myself finding it easier to keep working than to rest, and that’s definitely not
the goal.
I’ve decided to add more structure to how I show up, and I can’t wait to see how that goes.
Gotten so comfortable with something that used to scare me, and I’m so grateful for how powerful tiny actions are.
Thinking of adding more of this, less of that, but ultimately, the goal is to maintain the right balance.
