Turning Points Don’t Mean Wrong Turns – Coaching Business Journey

Sort of took a break.

I said “sort of” because it felt involuntary. Started feeling weird, so took medications and that made me feel weak.

And maybe quite useless..

At the moment, everything feels blurry. As if for months, I’ve made no progress at all, and nothing is working.

Not sure the medication caused that, but great thing I’ve been tracking my progress here. So we know that I’ve not been doing “nothing.”

Objectively looking at things, everything has been working up till this point, regardless of feelings.

New paid clients aren’t yet rolling in, but other results are.

The numbers are also there, and that really means something, since I started from absolutely nothing.

Another review is probably due, and that’s okay.

It doesn’t mean something is wrong. It just really helps to remember why I started, and what exactly I’m doing, and for whom.

It’s so easy to get lost in the tactics and trying to catch up with everything we need to do to show up.

When things start feeling empty, off, or even blurry, it’s okay to pause as much as we need to, reassess things and continue with more clarity.

Having turning or pausing points doesn’t mean we’ve been doing it wrong.

PS: Seems that sometimes, when things start to feel a little blah, it’s a sign that we need to make a new friend? Or try out a new experience outside work..
